Bordeaux, located in southwestern France, is known for its prestigious red wines made primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. Burgundy, known for its terroir-driven wines, produces elegant Pinot Noir and expressive Chardonnay that reflect the nuances of their unique vineyard sites.
