Soft and succulent aromas of red cherry, straw, citrus and underlying estery white fruit and pineapple. Good minerality which balances the gorgeous juiciness of the nose. With time strawberry leaf and nettles.
The palate opens with the citrus, mineral and barley before moving into estery white fruit and then the juicy red berry fruit. A little tannin and spice on the middle with a touch of dark chocolate and ginger. Long juicy red fruit finish with a touch of apricot and lingering tannin, spice and citrus.
