Pazo Señorans Tras Los Muros is a unique Albariño white wine produced by Pazo Señorans winery in Galicia, Spain. This limited-production wine is made exclusively from grapes grown near the winery, giving it the name “behind the walls”. The Albariño grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a meticulous aging process in oak barrels for six months, followed by resting in stainless steel tanks for another six months. After bottling, the wine is further refined for fifteen months in the cellar.
