Domaine Tempier 2000 Bandol Cabassaou
Tasting Note
Grapes that are used to create the Cabassaou cuvee come from a vineyard located at the bottom of the Tourtine, where the vines are protected from the Mistral wind. The soil here isn’t deep and naturally helps to keep yields low. They give a very dense, tight wine, typically Mourvedre , with an exceptional aging potential.
