The nose is herbal and lightly honeyed with ‘Toshan-esque rose Turkish delight, green apple, lime and hints of marshmallow, apricot, apple and fleshy banana. Subtle fusel note but overall, the nose displays a good maturity and freshness. With time some vanilla ice cream and praline sprinkles!

The palate opens with a good deal of milky vanilla oak and some fleshy white fruit, banana, white liquorice and nippy citrus. Pleasantly balanced and definitely not showing its age! The nippy citric notes follow through on to the mid palate along with some alcohol enhanced spices. Intense, fleeting menthol, green fruit and green pepper finish with lingering vanilla ice cream and grippy wood spice.
