An intense, pungent and spicy nose with earthy juniper, orange, cinnamon and bog myrtle. Subtle notes of anise, clove, lemon and dried fruit follow.
The palate is fresh and earthy with the anise up first, followed by clove, juniper, orange, lemon, barky cinnamon and a touch of thyme. Long and slightly oily with lingering anise and clove.
