The nose is slightly smoky and peppery with very subtle juniper and loads of sweet hibiscus. Hints of spice and earth.
The palate is crisper and fresher with more juniper noticeable. There’s a touch of pink peppercorn, which starts to bitter a little but the lemon offsets. and the juniper returns on the middle. Long and peppery with a slightly bitter bite at the end.
