An absolute rarity! Almost seven! Months (186 days) after the start of the harvest, the 2019 harvest was concluded with a March harvest in spring-like temperatures. Thanks to the mild spring, the grapes were perfectly concentrated.This essence impresses with its freshness paired with a touch of exoticism, crystal clear apple aromas, fine spice and vibrating acidity. Coming in at 215g/l of residual sugar.
