Re-Tasted: Feb 2018
The nose is subtly earthy with a gentle rhubarb character. Good sweet/ sour balance with a touch of juniper, coriander and elderflower.
The palate opens with some intensely sour rhubarb but the sweeter rhubarb notes balance. Very subtle on the juniper with coriander and floral elderflower. Soft, slightly citric and bitter finish with underlying castor sugar-like notes and lingering fleshy fruit.
