The nose is redolent of cumin, with sweet and bitter sloe notes. Subtle earthy and herbaceous notes and very subtle juniper notes follow.
The palate is thick and juicy with a good sweet/ sour balance. Plenty of sloe, along with hints of earth, pepper and cumin. Long, thick berry finish.
