The Cuvée Rubis is expertly crafted, elegant and refined. At 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, the pure and elegant red fruit really shines with this cuvée. The beautiful salmon pink dress is followed by luscious aromas and sensations of strawberries, cherries and raspberries on the nose and palate. There is ample freshness, a salivation-inducing mousse and a smidge of pink grapefruit on the back to add a little fresh twang to the proceedings. The balance is impeccable and the finish is pure and long. 8g/l residual sugar.
