Aromas of succulent sherried dried fruit layered over classic estery apricot, apple and pineapple. Subtle notes of marzipan, minerals and gentle spice appear. Wonderfully balanced.
The palate opens with plenty of treacle, dried plum, prune, raisins and tannins. Some estery distillery character be decerned underneath but the sweet sherry is quite dominant. Pleasant milk chocolate and dark toffee middle. Long, juicy, spicy finish with lingering marzipan, raisins and estery apricot on the after-taste.

A blend of 7, 8 and 9 year old spirit (including 6% peated spirit), finished for 2 years in Pedro Ximinez casks.
