An absolutely classic nose! Opens with dry barley, followed by all that lovely estery white fruit, apricot, apple and pineapple. Slightly mineral with a generous degree of spiciness.
The palate mirrors the nose, starting with the dry barley and spice before moving through estery white fruit, apple, apricot, pineapple and pear. Lovely depth and good mineral middle with just a touch of mashtunny cereal. Long, fruity, estery and peppery finish.
