20% Virgin American oak, 80% Refill Ex Bourbon

Intense green pepper, asparagus and herbal peat. Some lovely, sweet barley sits beneath along with vanilla, salt, hickory and an almost cedar-like note (must be the virgin oak).
The palate also opens with the green pepper, asparagus and herbal peat. Also, like the nose there is a good depth of barley beneath. A little bitter tannin on the middle along with green coffee bean and salt. Long, sweet barley and vanilla finish with lingering oily malt and green pepper.
