Quite herbal and peaty on the nose with the treacly PX notes up first, followed by herbal Oloroso. Subtle barley, tar, raisinated fruit, burnt biscuits, salt and menthol notes comes through along with a little vanilla and coconut. A beautiful balance of spirit and casks!

The palate opens with barley and American oak vanillins. Sorrty peat, treacle and herbal Oloroso fruit follows along with malt biscuits, treacle, tar, salt, burnt wood, citrus and menthol Long, herbal and salty finish with returning, sweet raisinated fruit, coconut, toffee and treacle. That’s a stunning finish!
