Lovely, juicy, bright, raspberry, strawberry and barley with a touch of redcurrant, apple, apricot and vanilla. Softly mineral and very well balanced.
The palate opens with the fresh redcurrant/ berry with hints of straw, apricot, and off sweet wood spices. Lime, apricot and vanilla come through on the middle and the tannins add a lovely structure to the spirit. Long with lingering juicy red fruit, straw and minerals.
