A fresh and juniper led nose with hints of sweet orange, bergamot, angelica, earth and a late subtle floral note.
The palate is slightly oily and wheaty with juniper black pepper (although black pepper isn’t one of the botanicals!) citrus, bergamot, coriander seed and cassia? Lovely intensity and a slight bittering of the spice. Long, lingering juniper and floral/ wheaty notes.
