A lovely full and barley’d nose with almost tropical apple, apricot, pear and hints of strawberry mousse. Subtle but edgy peat, mineral, citrus and subtle oak.
The palate is full and barley’d . A veritable voluptuously fruity, sub tropical mouthful with apricot, apple and peach. Soft, yet edgy and herbal peat appears along with a touch of oak and spice. Long, spicy and very slightly confected finish but the herbal spice, camphor, cardamom and herbal peat balance.
