A pungent, citric and junipery nose with lemon, lime, dusty coriander and a touch of cinnamon bark. Lovely balance with just a touch of creamy, sweet spirit character and late minty herbal notes.
The palate is intensely citric with a subtle sherbety note. Hints of juniper, angelica, almond, sweet lemon, sage and mint come through. Long and very spicy finish with lingering earthy juniper, coriander and liquorice.
A drop of water emphasises the mint, sage and sweeter citrus notes. The palate is softer and sweeter. The juniper shows a slightly perfumed character and there’s a touch more earthiness. Still pleasantly intense and very impressive.

Blended from 3 differently distilled gins. One juniper, one citrusy and one herbal.
Botanicals include juniper berries, coriander seeds, lemon/ lime rind, almonds, basil, garden mint, sage, cinnamon bark, liquorice root and then two further ‘secret’ botanicals.
