The Rosso Piceno is 90% Sangiovese and 10% Montepulciano and rests in large old oak for a few months prior to bottling. This is more than just quaffing wine par excellence, it is clean and racy with an abundance of rich and deep red cherries and plum fruit. A smooth, medium to full bodied red, with an harmonious and balanced finish. It is perfect with all kinds of roast meat and game.
