This is the first ever 5cl tasting pack from the Isle of Raasay distillery, with a very unique angle on tasting Whisky. Like everything else the distillery does, they wanted it to be unique to what has been done before. Therefore, Isle of Raasay Peated spirit has been fully matured in four different Oak casks:
Quercus Humboldtii – Colombian Oak
Quercus Petraea – Hungarian Oak
Quercus Robur – French Oak
Quercus Muehlenbergii – Chinkapin Oak
