The nose is fresh and citric with sweet-ish juniper and herbal rhubarb leaf notes. Hints of coriander seed, lemon and a light earthiness and saltiness. There’s a touch of spirit character and overall it’s pleasantly balanced.
The palate is a little fuller and oilier. Hints of juniper, citrus and soft, earthy spices follow along with some herbal rhubarb leaf notes. Good intensity, although the finish is a little bitter but shows some good peppery spices and salt.

Botanicals: Juniper, Sweet Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Rhubarb, Coriander Seed, Cubeb, Orris, Angelica, Liquorice Root root plus triple distilled Raasay spirit.
