Second Fill Bourbon, finished in ex-peated Bourbon casks.

The nose is young and a little raw with nascent barley, vanilla, silky apricot and a touch of rose petal/ strawberry mousse and toffee apple. Behind is a subtle sweet, heathery peat note.
The palate is raw and young, like the nose suggests with sweeter barley and again that strawberry mousse character. Edgy and salty with more noticeable peat, but it’s still relatively subtle. Hints of fleshy apricot and salt on the middle. Good length, if a little drying (alcohol not tannins) and a youthful cereal and rose petal marc finish.
