An elegant and high toned nose of walnuts and dried fruit with hints of herbal eaux-de-vie, light marzipan, coffee, prunes and dried grape. Sweet, soft acidity and tannins. Velvety soft with vanilla and marzipan coated raisins along with a touch of walnutty and almond. A serious Xmas pudding middle and a light rum and raisin finish. Exceptionally long and smooth.
