Tasting Note
A lovely, elegant nose of lightly oxidised plum, prune, raisin, sultana and citrus. Moist and very figgy with hints of fortifying spirit and marzipan.
Off sweet, low acidity and tannins. Medium Bodied. Like the nose it’s very elegant with almonds, figs, prunes, plums and red fruits. A light oxidised rancio with hints of Java coffee and cocoa in the finish. (CG)
