Young, fresh, vibrant and fruity on the nose. A little confected perhaps but pleasantly barley’d and aromatic.
The palate opens with some grippy oak. Estery fruit and barley sits below the surface. It has quite an Irish feel to it and a good intensity. Medium length. Lingering straw and fruit notes. In Conclusion: Lovely, young and fruity. Floats my boat as they say!
