cuvees. The ‘Andelain’ is from red Cretacious flint or Silex soils and literally explodes of flint aromas, with subtle notes of almond. This is a forward and refined Pouill-Fumé, showing great freshness and minerality on the finish. Remarkably refined, spicy and mineral.
