Quite intense and fresh with sweet juniper, orange and fennel. Slightly earthy with spicy pepper and late bay leaf notes. Underlying is a subtle wheaty, spirit note.
The palate is fresh but fuller with sweet juniper, citrus and subtle pepper notes. Good intensity and complexity with developing cardamom and earthy spices. Good length with lingering cardamom, fennel and bay leaf.
