Tasting Note
Made from Grenache, Carignan, Syrah and Cinsault grown on limestone and clays soils with winds from the Larzac. Three different kind of soils : dolomitic limestones (from beginning of the Jurassic Period, secondary era), lacustrine white limestones Tertiary Era (Lutetian), and then hillsides made of alluvial deposits from Hérault river with abundance of pebbles and limestone gravels.
An easy, fresh and juicy versatile wine that can be drunk in all circumstances. Ideal with T-bone steak, filet mignon skewers, roasted duck breast, cold cuts aperitif, pasta, and chocolate.
