Tasting Note
Cinsault from 50 years old vines plot hidden in woodlands and garrigues, accessible only by a secret path. Soils are made
of limestone and clay. Mainly composed of lacustrine white limestones the terroir is very stony. Thyme, rosemary, immortal flowers, oak trees, olive trees, and few wild lavenders…surround our old vines at this splendid setting in the Terrasses du Larzac.
The Le Clos Secret is a very expressive terroir wine developing on its youth notes of rose, fresh raspberry and grey
pepper. Powdery mouth, ample, fleshy and velvety. Its complexity will further increase over time. Ideal with Grilled beef fillet, veggie Greek mushrooms, roasted pigeon and veal sweetbreads.
