Aromas of cereal/ barley and subtle spicy red fruit. A little straw-like with time but the redcurrant and berry notes are wonderfully succulent. Late apple, pear, off-sweet red cherry and tangerine.
The palate kicks off with barley, apricot, apple and subtle red fruits. Like the nose the palate is well balanced and juicy with hints of straw and red cherry. Long, very spicy and slightly tannic on the finish with lingering straw-like red fruit, dark chocolate and youthful spirit notes.
