Given the profusion of sherry casks that have been used it is the youthful, rose petal spirit that shows first. Dark macerated dried fruit, treacle, dark toffee, soft and edgy sherried spice and silky raisinated fruit.
The palate opens with wood smoke and luscious Amontillado and Palo Cortado dried fruit. Toffee, raisin, sultana, treacle and soft spice follow. Intense citrus, Pot Pourri petal finish with lingering pepper and spice.
