The nose is very different to the Espadin with subtle smoke, cold tea leaves, pepper and slightly astringent agave notes. Hints of green peppercorn, bruised apple and an almost salty minerality and an almost fishy note.
The palate is crisp and mineral. Again slightly fishy and funky with green peppercorn, green tea leaf, bruised apple and a touch of smoke and acerbic/ sour fruit. Medium length with a black peppercorn finish.
