An expansive, rum-like nose of dried, almost tropical fruit, sweet smoke, baked earth, pepper and hints of sour white fruit.
The palate is like the nose, quite rummy with baked earth, sweet-ish dried apricot and mango. Subtle and sweetly smoked with hints of coconut and sour white fruit. Full and long with green and black peppercorn finish with more noticeable acerbic notes.
