37.5% Grain aged in 1st Fill Bourbon, 37.5% Grain aged in 2nd Fill Bourbon and 25% Malt aged in 1st and 2nd Fill Bourbon casks.

A crisp and fresh nose with plenty of cereally/ wheaty grain character followed by some robust toffee’d oak, vanilla cream and finally some malt, barley, apricot and white flowers. Good intensity.
The palate opens with some quite weighty spirit and chunky oak. Apricot, vanilla and malt come through along with the wheaty grain notes on the middle. Long, very spicy and grainy finish with some returning barley along with some soft vanilla and a little bittering tannin. Overall, it’s a pleasant blend with good progression and balance.
