Warm, nutty and hoppy aromas with rich apricot and plenty of luscious honey. Quite aromatic with sweet apricot, barley and a touch of pot still spiciness.
The palate is a little crisper and drier, showing a touch more pot still, but it’s still quite honeyed and hoppy with roasted nuts, barley and malt. Elegant and spicy (ginger) middle with the crisp pot still character returning on the finish. Lovely progression and integration with a good malty after-taste.
