Dailuiane finished for 11 months in European Oak Oloroso.

Aromas of beeswax and raisinated fruit along with sweet malt, white fruit, vanilla and weighty spirit notes. The fruit is almost estery and with time hints of sweet sherry and marmalade.
The palate is as weighty as the nose suggests with juicy raisinated fruit, beeswax and gritty/ coffee’d tannins. Again, there is some almost estery fruit and honey. The sherry notes build on the middle. Good length with lingering beeswax, toasted oak and lightly bittering spices.
