The nose is rich and fruity with sweet pineapple, apricot, vanilla, shortbread and loads of peach. Deliciously fruity with developing oily barley, lemon and spicy grain.
The palate mirrors the nose in being pleasantly fruity with a touch more oily barley character and dried sherried fruit. Hints of honey and nippy spice on the middle. Long and continuing spicy with a touch of menthol, nutty oak and lemon in the finish. Slightly tropical apricot and pineapple after-taste. (Tasting Note From Batch 3)
