The nose is crisp and wheaty with grainy dried fruit and herbal pulped white fruit. Subtly honeyed with vanilla, peanut and late floral notes.
The palate opens with subtle oily apricot, white fruit, honey and peanuts. The tequila ask notes are subtle and herbal allowing the grainy dried fruit and wheaty/ oaty notes to show. Intense, gristy and gippy finish with lingering peanut and earthy dried fruit.
