This is a recreation of a wine that ceased to exist in the 1750’s and was called “For Bor” or main wine. It weighs in at a staggering 204 g/ltr residual sugar. It is made by pressing whole or partial bunches containing a proportion of aszu and shrivelled berries from some of his finest sites. Aged in new oak for 1 year, it has an almost ethereal harmony & grace, juicy & lavish but supremely elegant at the same time.
