Aged in 86% First Fill Bourbon, 12% Peated Quarter Cask and 2% New American Oak.

An ashy and astringent nose with herbal peat, medicinal peat and plenty of green pepper. Hints of barley, white fruit and ozone appear. Late gun flint and raspberry jelly.
The palate opens with the barley and white fruit. Ashy peat appears but the emphasis is on the fleshy fruit and citrus. Robust, cereally middle with hints of vanilla and a little new oak tannin. Long, intense, green pepper, biting spices and earth on the finish.
