Tasting Note
Fermented in stainless steel and have spent 7 months on it lees similar to the Sauvignon, this is an enchanting native white varietal wine from Anna. It opens with an intoxicatingly floral and aromatic bouquet, with notes such as white rose, acacia and spring flowers and fruity, of green apple and white peach. The palate is lean, fresh, and delicate whilst also showing depth and body. It is dry with a peasant cut of acidity, but with juicy, super-ripe white peach and apple fruit, with uplifting zesty mineral notes on the finish. Silky in texture with attractive nuances of almond. There is a Lovely poise and stylish, refreshing balance.
