Another gorgeous dessert wine from Grillo Iole. An Intense straw yellow colour in the glass. Clocking in at 121g/l residual, this wine has a very complex, fruity bouquet and palate with notes of dried fruit, apricots and honey, accompanied by floral notes of broom and linden. The palate is fatter than the Verduzzo, and more luscious, but the balance is harmonious and it never delves into the realm of flabbiness. The aftertaste is breathtaking, you will be tasting the positive flavours on this into next week!
