A lovely and surprisingly expressive Trebbiano. Straw yellow in colour, with an aromatic nose full of white flower and citric aromas. The palate is extremely fresh with some soft savoury notes that work harmoniously along side the gentle acidity. Lovely length and a wine that should pair perfectly with seafood, risottos and stuffed vegetable dishes.
