A light, fresh, mineral and apply nose with hints of sweet ginger, lemon, slightly tight oak and subtle oxidised fruit. With time a touch of manuka honey and an almost honeysuckle note.
The palate is like the nose, light, fresh and apply with hints of creamy oak and delicate dried fruit. Hints of lees, minerals, citrus, ginger and slightly darker oxidised fruit on the middle. Long and delicate with a lovely floral and mineral finish. Lingering fresh vanilla and subtle manuka honey.
