An aromatic, almost tropical nose of white peach, apple and hints of straw. There’s a subtly oily, almost creamy youthfulness to the aromas with a little ‘off the still’ note, but it’s far from intrusive. Subtle minerality and cacao bean note.
The palate is soft and exotic with slightly oily apple, white peach and pear. Hints of straw and again, a very subtle ‘off the still note’ on the middle with a touch of cacao and lightly sour fruit. Medium length with an oily, almost cereal-like finish and lingering minerals and white fruit.
