A dense, almost whisky-like nose with a darker, richer dried fruit rancio. Very elegant with baked apple and subtle herbal spice notes. With time hints of sweet vanilla and thick set honey.
An elegant and again whisky-like palate with apricot, orange and apple. Quite light and delicate in body but wonderfully deep with developing powerful oxidised fruit. Subtly herbal and mineral and a lightly honeyed finish with mouth-watering fruit, vanilla and slightly drying wood spices.
