Gewurztraminer is a naturally opulent and aromatic variety, how this wine has truly breathtaking aromatics! With Gewürztraminer’s textbook rose petal, lychee and ground spice notes. There is an incredible finesse on the palate here, with a rich texture and refined acidity. The mouthfeel is dense and the palate is unctuous, filled with honeyed lychee and quince, a smoky mineral backbone and spices. This is a deeply complex wine, drinking wonderfully today, but will age for many more years to come! From the Clos des Capuchins lieu-dit.
