Tasting Note
From bottom of Altenbourg. Pure, more concentrated, less perfumed – more fruit – flesh rather than peel here. Hint of orange and lime marmalade. Ripe, pure, concentrated, clean, fresh and intense. Long and multi-dimentional. Extremely harmonious with grip at end. The winemaker, Catherine says this is wonderful with smoked fish.
