Liv’s ‘Loire Gold’ is a delicious brut nature crémant from the incredibly schist rich soils of Rochefort sur Loire. The 2015 benefits from a few more years aging and leans far more into the creamy, nutty and aniseedy nuances thans it’s fresher counterparts, and is all the more delcious for it! 100% Chenin Blanc, this is a pure, rich, mineral and elegant sparkling wine. VThe palate sings with vibrant quince, ripe apple and citrus fruits, accompanied by notes of caramel, bread crust and hazelnuts. The finish is long and clear rounded by a delightfully fine mouse and mouth-watering salinity. Far too easy to drink and simply delicious!
